BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

The reservation will be valid once it has been confirmed by the campsite via email.

At the time of making the reservation, it will be necessary to make a payment of:

• 25% of the total stay for reservations of bungalows and Glamping cabins.
• 50% of the total stay for reservations for Easter and New Year's Eve, in bungalows and Glamping cabins.
• €30 for standard stays on pitches.
• €50 for monthly contract stays on pitches.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

You can cancel your stay FREE OF CHARGE up to 7 days before your arrival date. It will be necessary to communicate the cancellation to the campsite by email.

• Canceling within 6 days prior to the beginning of your stay, the campsite WILL NOT RETURN the advance payment paid for the reservation.
• Once the stay has started, all days indicated in your reservation will be paid, even if the client decides to leave the campsite earlier than planned.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY CONTRACTS:

1. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days in advance: total loss of the advance payment.
2. If the reservation is canceled 31 – 45 days in advance: refund of 50% of the advance payment.
3. If the reservation is canceled more than 45 days in advance: 100% refund of the advance payment.
